Theft of a Bike in Pilgrims Lane, Bugbrooke

Dear Resident

We are appealing for information after a pushbike was stolen in Pilgrims lane, Bugbrooke

The theft occurred between 12-12.30pm on 1st July 2026.

We are reappealing for anyone who may have seen a white van in the area of OAKLANDS BUGBROOKE at this time. Its believed the bike was put in a van.  We have some CCTV of this vehicle but no registration.

Did you witness anything? Did you see anyone or any vehicle(s) in the area that looked suspicious? If so, then please contact Northamptonshire Police on 101 quoting ref: 26000385294. Alternatively you can report online here.

There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your vehicle/bike:

Bike: 

Secure your bike by looping a cable lock through the front wheel and then through a Sold Secure® Gold standard D lock or chain. Then attach bike to a bike stand or immovable object with the lock  Sold Secure - Security Product Testing & Approval
